deep thoughts

This past weekend we had a family reunion with Brock's side of the family in the Medina Hill Country. It was a nice, relaxing time with great food and fellowship woven throughout the weekend.

Saturday night we had a family devotional followed by a time of sharing stories. In closing, Brock's dad asked if anyone had any other comments they'd like to share. Ty chimed in saying that he did. Hindsight being clearer than foresight, I asked Ty what he wanted to add to the discussion. He replied with, "I have to go poop!" Luckily everyone broke out in laughter...knowing his personality. What's even funnier than that is what Brock's adult cousin Glen told us afterwards. He said, "I was thinking the same thing, but didn't have the guts to say it!"

Seconds after Ty's deep thought - we closed with a prayer. Look how reverent his cousin Cameron is while praying! Too cute!
